RECOMMENDED HARDWARE SOLUTIONS

We offer a range of hardware solutions to suit a broad range of use cases and environments, from mobile tablets and PDA units for dynamic on the fly measurements, to fixed systems on forklifts and conveyors for our Freight Measure solution and vehicle mounted solutions for our Highways Measure solution. The below information gives some high level information as to our hardware solutions but the list is not exhaustive. MOBILE OPTIONS

Our mobile options include both handheld and tablet form factors.

By utilising a mobile device the system can capture a much wider array of items, in a variety of locations that conventional systems cannot.

Tablet – We are compatible with a range of 8-10 inch tablet devices from the worlds leading manufacturers, with both integrated and external – interchangeable camera options.

PDA – Snap on attachments for class leading rugged PDA units are currently being developed.

FIXED MOUNT OPTIONS

Our fixed mount options allow for high quality cameras and automated measurements.

FORKLIFTS

Using FLT dead weight scales and a mounted camera array we can capture w+d data as part of standard process.

CONVEYORS

Camera arrays can be mounted to conveyor systems to provide volumetric data.

DOCK DOORS

Mounted cameras can automatically capture items as they are placed in view.

PACKING STATIONS

Cameras can be mounted to fixed stations to automatically capture items put in view and then have the appropriate dimensions sent to their systems to go on the label.

WEIGH SCALES

Scale mounted cameras provide volumetric data alongside weight.

VEHICLE MOUNTED

GPC Highways measure uses vehicle mounted 3D cameras to automatically detect, measure & map road defects to Google Maps as the user drives with no interaction.
