  • Can the application communicate with our back end systems?

Yes we offer easily configurable API’s for your IT team to use or can use our internal development team to do this for you. – The key to the systems effectiveness is being able to speak to your systems and applications in real time.

  • How does the system communicate to the relevant back end systems and applications?

We recommend using DLL file or command line methods for Windows and Android library or Android Intent for mobile.

  • How long does it take it integrate with our systems?

We can integrate with your applications and back end systems in as little as 48 hours up to a couple of weeks depending on complexity.

  • How does the system send its data, do we need a new server or do you have a cloud portal?

Typically we find our customers prefer to have full control of their data and have the system in a closed loop, however in some occasions a cloud service is preferable and so we can also offer our “4D Portal” view it here »

  • How does the technology work?

Our system was developed in partnership with Intel directly, they approached us to help develop the software to pair with their new camera technology. – The Realsense line are a set of multi camera units that incorporate 2 telephoto lenses, an infrared camera and a laser (also a LIDAR variant), when used together with the right software it can provide accurate dimensional data from a single capture. https://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/architecture-and-technology/realsense-overview.html
